About 45 days ago we installed 2 Rheem units in our home. I just want to say that from sales through installation the experience was outstanding. Scott the salesman was great to work with. After the install I noticed a slight noise in the blower assembly. Sam their service tech came out and took care of the issue promptly. He ws verry professional. Their office staff follow through was excellent. I could go on but no need. This is the company you are looking for.
