We have a house rental, the renter reported A/C was down. She called Alaskan, they said they were very busy but would attend asap. They came and fixed the problem and billed $1000. When we were able to check out the repair a few weeks later found the only thing was done was the heat exchanger fan had been replaced. This fan is in the unit outside of the house, Takes less than 30 mins to do. The fan cost is $60-70. I called and complained, they refused to do anything. Do not use these people.
