I don't recall how I found Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating but I am happy I did. I had them check my furnace and when they did the inspection for me they found what I feared. It needed to be replaced. The technicians came out to do the replacement. They were prompt, polite and professional. They go to work right away taking the old unit out and putting the new unit in. They worked quickly and efficiently. They took the time to explain some features of the new unit to me and they also took the time to answer the questions I had for them. They were respectful of my home and courteous. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing was fair. I will use Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating again!
