Total rip off job. Partially my fault for not educating myself about the cost of parts prior to having the work done. I was charged $600.00 for a part that cost anywhere from $6.00-50.00.... I called to try to talk to management and was hung up on and even after trying to get in touch with someone in charge, never anyone there. Still waiting for a call back from management.... Alaskan AC should not be trusted or used. Family owned!!! More like a family mafia....
