Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating came out to do a seasonal tune-up. The technician that came out told me I needed a part replaced which I agreed to. While the technician was replacing the part I lost all power to my home. He then went into the breaker/electric system and had that all disassembled as well. He did get the part replaced and the electricity back on to the house but left the breaker/electrical box disassembled which I put back together myself. After leaving a review on a different website the owner did reach out to me and reimbursed my expenses for this visit. Based on this experience I would never use them again.
