I have used Alaskan Home Services for about four or five years and I think they do good work. I'm in real estate and I've not only used them myself, I've also recommended them to others. I think the last time I called them in, they did an air conditioner repair for me. They are professional and efficient in the work they do. I think the pricing they offer is pretty reasonable.
pricing reasonable. I had them check over one of my sales houses, just a tune up of basics, and they did pretty well with that in terms of promptness and pricing. Overall, they're a good company.
