Our experience with Alaskan Air Conditioning and heating was just alright, mainly because we had a couple of complications with our installation. They had come in to replace our AC unit, but miscalculated the amount of air that would pass through, so they had to come back to do some more work on it. So they addressed the issue, but had to make a few more holes in the wall to do it. They got it done in the end, but it was not done exactly the way that I wanted since we had to make compromises. Their customer service is pretty good, however. They come out biannually, and stuff like scheduling is usually pretty easy. It was just unfortunate that they did the miscalculation.
