Doesn't Enforce Mask Policy - Unsafe Business!

My wife and I *were* LONG term (10-20 year) customers of Blue Cross. As of today, they will never receive another dollar of our money. Additionally, we will be insuring none of our friends, family, associates, $@!#%, even random people we meet on the street don't patronize Blue Cross. Why? Because their receptionist failed to take any action, when I specifically asked her to, to enforce their POSTED MASK POLICY. I did not feel safe. And when I requested that the receptionist do her job and ask the customer to put on a mask, she instead said, "Oh" and just hid in the back until the vet brought my dog out and I left. Well, that will be the last time you ever see me. Horrendous. I literally almost waited outside because your staff made me feel as though my safety (and more importantly, the safety of older and immunocompromised people I come in contact with) was unimportant. You should fire that receptionist immediately and hire and properly train someone so your staff doesn't make people feel unsafe in your business.
