I wish this is what the placard had read on this attorney’s door before I hired this clown and his staff. It would have saved my thousands of dollars and stress. Because of my business and personal interests I deal with a lawyer probably once a year or so. Without a doubt David Stone is at the bottom of the barrel. My first and only case with David was a disaster because his staff was late and inflexible. I was told that a very time sensitive matter was not done by the paralegal before a deadline because, “she had a hair appointment”. It is the only time I have had to fire a lawyer in mid-case. In addition, his billing was completely off and he wouldn’t credit me for the “hair” fiasco. Run!
