I had Schmidt Mechanical respond to a warranty request on our heating unit. The unit was functioning properly and so we sent ahead and had Schmidt do system checks on both units. They offered us a very good price and we got all system checks for less than $200. I forgot the service guys name but he was very thorough and patient in explaining what he was doing. I've never been disappointed by Schmidt Mechanical and we've used them 3-4 times.
