My unit was serviced by Eric Banda on 1/29/2018. He explained what the service would entail and I observed and ask questions while he worked on the unit. Both sections of the unit was thoroughly serviced. Filters were cleaned, the outside portion of the unit was washed and a check was conducted to ensure proper operation. I was satisfied with the service and the professional manner in which it was provided and will use your company for future service.
