Everyone should have Schmidt Mechanical for their maintenance company. I had a mechanical problem with the blower fan & ended up with no heat while it was in the 30-40's. The Schmidt Mechanical employees obtained all the parts needed, repaired my heating equipment & had everything in tip-top shape & running in just a few hours. Fantastic company!
