Great customer service and follow up with phone calls and the timeframe to come to home to work on my unit. I found the staff to have excellent customer service and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Only suggestion I have would be a magnetic card to slap on my fridge and give out to people so in an emergency the number is right there for a quick call :-)
