I have worked with this company in the past because I had an issue with frosted over pipes. Finishing out in 2015 that I had a leak I knew when it happened again I couldn't get around it and needed a new unit. I have to admit I did look at 2 other companies but Schmidt was right for us.
I love the receptionist she's a doll!
