Upstairs A/C unit was not cooling...a morning call to Schmidt had a technician arrive the same day. We are retired and have had some really bad experiences with A/C companies in the past, not to mention names but it rhymes with Cowboys. Using Schmidt Mechanical has been a welcome relief..
