I had Schmidt Mechanical Group install some controls in my home, and although I had some problems at first, they worked very well in the end! The first part was kind of tough since the controls they installed did not work very well with the systems, but they came back a second time and helped correct most of problems I was having. They now come for some routine checkups, and are easy to make appointments with. I would definitely recommend their services!
