We had Norris Air come out and perform the annual routine maintenance on our heat pump. They arrived when they said they would and got right to work. They checked and cleaned the unit, including the thermostat. They installed a surge protector and a device to minimize the electricity required at start up. They made suggestions on the type of air filter we should us during the summer months as well. All in all we were very happy with the service and will continue to us Norris Air in the future.
