I don’t normally write reviews, but I was compelled to do so after meeting with Cher Danley with RMO Agency. I contacted RMO Agency requesting information regarding becoming a Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) and was put in contact with Cher. She spent about an hour on the phone with me thoroughly explaining the entire process. At first I was very skeptical as to becoming an RMO because I was worried about the exposure if something in the process was not done correctly. After my initial phone conversation and office visit I had no doubt that all procedures and protocols are put in place to safeguard the RMO (me) and contractor.
I signed up as an RMO the process was incredibly simple Cher handled everything with such professionalism. I immediately got follow up documentation from office staff, they did exactly as they said they would.
Cher is very friendly and likable but more important than that is she’s a true professional explaining every finite detail of the RMO process. I will absolutely recommend RMO Agency to my friends
