So I called in to ask for my box number because i forgot it and want to mail something to the state of mississippi that required a return address. I dont often use the box but only for legal work so I do not remember the box number. Anyway the guy tells me he cant give it to me because he cant verify my identity. Think about it folks. What could I do with someones box number? Rob it? Its under lock and key, gaurded by cameras and employees. There is nothing ilicit that can be done with a box number. I just needed it for some DMV paperwork. I offered my name, phone, home address to verify myself and the kid still said no. I will not be renewing this box. Zero helpfullness what so ever.
