I called Ed after reading his highly rated reviews on Angie's list. He was able to meet me that day and diagnose the problem. Since it was later in the day on a Saturday, Ed set up an appointment for Monday to replace the broken part. He was always courteous and willing to answer all my questions. His estimate for cost of parts and labor was spot on and he exceeded my expectations by solving another issue with my system. Thanks Ed!
