Very unhappy with the customer service, workmanship seems ok
My experience or experiences at Berger auto have left me rather disappointed. New to the neighborhood I assumed good things about Berger Auto as they have more than doubled their capacity as they continue to grow. Must be doing something right I thought. First time I went there was a routine oil change, normally I go to the GM dealer but I was in a pinch and went here. After they told me it was done and I went to pay, it was much higher than what we agreed on. They told me it takes the higher priced dexo GM oil. I replied no it doesn't. They replied with yes it does as they checked and that is what is in it so that is what you have to pay. I normally go to the GM dealer and they never have put dexo oil in it. Not sure where they checked but are they calling GM a liar? Rather upset I didnt want to say something mean so I paid and left. Second time was for a timing belt replacement. Still unhappy with the first time I believe in second chances. I was there several times (3) in the couple days it took to repair the car. Never got any solid answers and then when I went to pick up car I was told the coupon wouldn't work because they had some non sense answers. I paid and left. I tried to give them a chance to make it right and I will never be back. They might be able to win over some customers but they for sure lost one with me. Besides the 2 service advisors I dealt with, Becky at the front desk needs a class in customer service, rather unpleasant.
