Berger Auto Parts & Service always does fantastic work! This was not our first time using them. We have used their services for a while now. We have always had good experiences with them. Recently I took my car in because the new brakes I had put on were squeaking. They checked the brakes and a few other things, made some adjustments and didn't charge anything. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They take the time to listen to you while you are explaining what you need, what you think is wrong or what you want to have checked. They are good about calling you after they do their assessment to tell you what they found and what are the options for fixing it. We have never had any problems. Their customer service is great and their pricing is reasonable so we will continue to use Berger Auto Parts & Service!
