kind, understanding, and professional
On July 25, 2018, I was supposed to be in Grand Rapids and had just enough time to arrive on time when leaving Ft. Wayne. Immediately upon starting my Volvo S60, however, dashboard messages appeared saying to turn off the car. Frantically, I called Berger Auto Center, talking to Kevin, and was able to get there without more red lights appearing. Kevin and his co-worker were wonderful--dealing both with my car and dealing with me. They calmed me down, learned of my driving deadline and car problems, and their repair person quickly solved the problem. I was on my way and arrived for my meeting on time. They were kind, understanding, and professional when, in fact, I was frantic and crazed. They saved me from what could easily have become one of the more difficult days of the summer.
