I've been a customer of Berger Auto Parts & Service for 30-some odd years. I've never had a problem with them. They have some key personnel who are very helpful and knowledgeable. They put things in a terminology where people can understand what they're saying. They're very honest and upfront with the estimate and any problems they have.

They do all of our work on our cars and everything. Robert freeman especially is very good. If I have any problems, I go to him. Or if my kids have any problems, I'll always refer them to Robert. He's very informative and very good at what he does. He's honest.

Mr. Berger and his wife are wonderful as well. I know them personally. Debbie and all of the contact people that I usually speak with are very good. It's a very good move to have your vehicle serviced by Berger Auto because they're very upfront and honest. They're very dependable. If there's a problem they can't fix, they'll tell you and refer you to somebody else. They're very honest people.
