Our AC unit failed right at the start of a 6 day heat wave. The unit stopped blowing cold air at 9pm. I placed several calls and earliest service appointment was 5 days out. I received one callback with similar results the next morning. I then searched HVAC companies in ROCKLIN and Bower came up. I called and spoke with Monica who made an appointment for that same day between 2pm & 6 pm. To my surprise and elation Ryan the technician called at 1:15 and arrived at 1:30pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Ryan answered all of our questions and explained the charges.
