I have been using Advantage Steam Way for quite a few years now- both in my current home and my previous home. It has been over ten years and Joel has always done a great job. He works extra hard to clean the carpets and he makes sure he gets all the stain remover up. Usually, most other carpet cleaning companies charge extra for stain removal. They do a bait and switch where they give you a low price over the phone or in an advertisement, and then once they come out they want to start adding things like stain remover for an extra charge. Joel doesn't do that; it's all included in one price. He is very trustworthy and he works hard. I have had him come to the house when I'm not there and lock up behind himself. I have never had a problem; they are very professional.

I like using his service and I don't use any carpet cleaners other than Advantage. You can call around to other places, but if you call Advantage you might have to wait a little to get them to come out. It is well worth the wait- you will be more than pleased with the service and the cleaning job. It's always nice to talk to Marissa, the owner's wife; she's the one who sets up the appointments. It's a small, family-owned company, so I don't mind supporting them. They give a fair price for a good job and the carpets look like new when they're done.
