I have used Advantage Steam Way for four years. Joel does a great job cleaning all the carpet in my home. He is on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His work is thorough and I can absolutely notice a difference when he's finished. He will move pieces of furniture to clean underneath and then protect the furniture with Styrofoam before putting it back. You really get what you pay for with him. I think the quality is well worth the cost. It's a family business so it's different than other places, and I'd rather pay for that type of service.
I used another company before and Joel did a superior job. My carpets actually stay cleaner longer. He comes about once every year or year and a half. I will definitely continue to use his services.
