This is my first experience with Advantage Steam. I called them because the company that installed my carpets about 18 mos. ago recommended them. The process they use won't void a new carpet warranty. Joel moved some of the heavier pieces of furniture I couldn't move. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My carpets weren't extremely dirty. He did a very nice job. I will be calling him to clean some carpets that are much dirtier and I'm sure they will look fresher and cleaner when he leaves. I like to support local businesses when I can but I want them to do quality work. Joel did that.
