They are absolutely wonderful. I have used their services for the past nine years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Joel, the owner, is excellent, and he's the only technician I've worked with there. He is friendly, reliable, responsible, always on time, and respectful. I had him clean tile that we were going to have replaced seven years ago, and it looks great. There was a section of our Berber carpeting that got damaged from puppy scratches, and you can't see where the damage was now. Another time, I was going to have company over for Christmas, and the dog got sick all over the carpet, but Joel was able to come out and save the day. He has also cleaned area rugs for me, and they look very nice as well. Joel is just wonderful, and he's a real asset to the company. I have recommended them to many people, and I will continue to recommend them. I'm very happy to share my positive experience!
