Joel from Advantage Steam Carpet Cleaning was very honest. He was prompt, even got here ahead of time, and the carpet is cleaner than it's ever been. He was just very thorough and very nice to work with. I had no complaints at all, nothing but kudos for him. This was my first time using the service. I had gone online and looked at reviews for various service providers. Previous reviewers had written that this company is excellent, so I went with him and it turned out to be true. Their pricing was right in the middle, they were all around the same price. The most important part was that it came out very clean. Joel was great. If you're looking for someone to clean your carpets that's the guy to call.
