Aaron Lacy repaired some plumbing in our basement. A valve had failed and water leaked onto our basement floor, soaking many of our things.
Aaron Lacy was very professional and determined in fixing our leak. He first needed to find our water main in order to turn it off. That was no easy task. He ended up having to crawl into our crawl space to find it. In the end, he fixed the leak AND he installed a valve so that we would no longer need to crawl into the crawl space to turn it off.
We are grateful for this new shut off valve since we are not as able-bodied as we were in our youth and can no longer crawl into such a hard-to-access spaces. Thank you!
