Technician Jake B and a trainee arrived on time for appointment and listened politely as I described my problem. They wore shoe covers while in the house and were careful with their equipment as they moved it into and out of the area. They cleaned requested drain and checked other drains for potential contributing problems. Drain now flows freely. They were unable to run snake from one of the two clean outs of the drain so scheduled a camera technician technician to look for anomalies. Jake and his trainee were professional in every way.
