They cancelled my appointment less than an hour before my scheduled appointment time
I called Done Plumbing and Heating on Wednesday to schedule an appointment on Saturday. The girl on the phone for this call was very pleasant and easy to speak with. I asked her if they provided service in Franktown, to which she replied 'yes' but there is a $40 estimate fee'. We both agreed on that and she scheduled for a plumber to come to our house on Saturday between 10 AM and noon. Saturday morning around 9:15 I received a call from a girl who said that the company 'no longer services Franktown and that this is a new policy. I told her that we need someone out here today as we are on a schedule to accommodate other professionals who are also providing services at our home. I asked if I could pay a mileage fee to get the services completed today. She replied no and offered no assistance. I called back later to explain that I was upset and asked if there was anything they could do to make up for the inconvenience and find any way to make-up for their mistake and was offered nothing - not even an apology. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their terrible customer service and lack of apology.
