The guys at Done Plumbing take the time to stop and explain what's going on! The job that Done Plumbing does is above and beyond anything. After checking out my hot water heater, Done Plumbing told me that it had sediment in it and explained it to me. They did a very good job! Done Plumbing also fixed the toilet. They took it out, and not only cleaned up after themselves but also a toilet stain behind the toilet that had been there for two and a half years!!

Nowadays, it's just not quality. People now just take advantage of you. This man, from Done Plumbing, as well as Nick, actually took time to explain things. Instead of telling me to buy a brand new hot water heater, Done Plumbing told me to go ahead and keep my old one since this was what I wanted. They didn't push me.
