He was very kind,patient,understanding.

AS FOR THE GUY WITH THE CAMERA.....
HE WAS NONE SPEAKING,RUSHED IN SNOW AND ALL LEAVING CLUMPS OF SNOW BEHIND HIM.Scoped the sewer in a 10 minute rush. Then he spoke because he had to, saying nothing was wrong with the sewer.
