As I mentioned over and over to Chad I am very pleased with his work, he's appropriately personable, is prompt and has assisted me on numerous counts for referrals as well as going above and beyond the call in my home, regarding other smaller requests!
Should I ever need a plumber in the future CHAD IS THEEE ONLY plumber I will request from Done Plumbing as I shall pass on to my renter's should they need a good, reliable and dependable plumber past my warranty date in the future.
Chad's expertise, professionalism, kindness and effort shall NEVER go unnoticed nor forgotten in the work he performed for me and my home. At this time I would like for his immediate boss' to contact me to the effect that because of Chad's GREAT service he projects for DONE PLUMBING I would like a substantial written acknowledgement of my opinions be placed in writing and added into his file to follow him forward. In addition I would like to elaborate verbally to Ken or Ben(?), chad's boss' to please give me a call regarding Chad because it is employees like Chad Roberts that make companies SHINE!
