If it would have been done in a timely matter, I would have given 5 stars on everything.

This service took almost a week to complete. There were cancelled appointments by you, wrong part was bought so we had to reschedule...again. We stopped scheduling a time to meet since the two-hour window turned into 4 hours. Maybe this is the norm for plumbing issues, but coming from the consumer point of view, it was very frustrating since we had to drive 1/2 hour to the condo to wait for the plumber. Once he came, he was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all questions.

Cindy, thank your for taking the time to share your comments and I apologize for the scheduling issues that you encountered. You are correct, your original appointment window was rescheduled by us due to a properly licensed gas technician becoming unavailable because of another job that took much longer than expected on a Sunday and our other technicians that day not having the proper qualifications needed for your job. We work very hard to schedule appointments properly and communicate regularly so our customers are kept updated on our expected arrival (including a call when he is on the way), and are on time for our appointment windows 98% of the time on average. That being said, we dropped the ball here and I do appreciate that you were patient and understanding with us. I will be reading your review and discussing the impact these scheduling issues have on our customers during our next company meeting on December 1st. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience, I promise we'll do better next time!
