Tech was on time; explained pricing, what would be done and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He quickly located the problem and explained what he would do to resolve the issue, asked permission to make the repair, which I approved, then proceeded to replace the leaking pipe section. He was always courteous, explained what he was doing, andwas professional at all times.
