Joe Lantiegne was very professional. Had to replace the water heater on an emergency. Ben Franklin and your office came out. both showed at the same time Ben franklin gave me some heard of price about $3k to replace the water heater. No explanations of anything. They left and Joe took the time to explain to me about the new codes that were updated and what to be done. You guys saved me over $1k. Plus unit that Ben Franklin was going to sell me was bottom end of all ends. Like the yugo to ford and or the chevy vega. Worthless $@!#% It took him 4 hours to get the job , but he did not care. He all about the customer service and my concerns. I will use Done plumbing again especially when the AC decides to take a dump, which may be soon
