Very good service.

The only concern that we had was that first the bill was not itemized as to parts and labor. Second, the plumber had estimated that it would take two hours to complete the repair. It only took him one hour. With that in mind we had anticipated that we would get a reduction in price due to the labor cost. That we did not.

We are a flat rate company and present pricing upfront and in writing for approval so our customers can make informed decisions. As our pricing is a flat rate, it is not based on a breakout of labor and materials and also must take into consideration additional business expenses such as insurance (workman's comp, liability, health, vehicle, etc.), office staff, gas, overhead, marketing, etc. The price you agree to before work is started is the price you will pay for the work presented. We expect our technicians to perform their work as quickly and efficiently as possible (without sacrificing quality) so our customers are inconvenienced as little as possible by repair work. While your technician was able to complete your repair quicker than expected, had he needed more time than the 2 hours he estimated (either due to unforeseen issues, or another technician needing more time than the one that did work for you) the pricing would not have increased. I'm sure you'd agree that would not be fair had the situation been reversed and it taken longer. Again, we try to be as transparent as possible by presenting exact pricing upfront so there are no surprises. We thank you for your business, and hope that you'll consider us again in the future (although we also hope you won't need to).
