Justin was great and it was bad on our part to not go get the book for our water heater. I thought the price that was charged did not justify the work done. I understand though it was a Sunday service call. Justin did state that if the part went out then the service call money would be applied to that visit. So far it is working just fine. Justin can come back anytime and we appreciate the fast service.
