Called in to schedule a technician to stop by and provide an estimate for repair. Surprise - a tech was nearby and able to stop by within the hour! Not only that, after verifying the problem and insuring he had the necessary parts on his truck, he was able to make the repair immediately! My tech was friendly, knowledgable, courteous, and professional - he wore shoe covers when he entered the house, showed me what the problem was and explained the repair, and left the area as clean as he found it when he arrived. GREAT customer service, and with results like this, Done will be my next call when I need plumbing/heating assistance!
