We had just purchased this house and I have no idea how the evaporative (swamp) cooler works. So having heard great things about Done Plumbing from the previous owner, I went ahead and scheduled an apptmt. Nick showed earlier than the scheduled and was ready to start working. He showed me the price up front so there is no surprised. Took less than an hour to start up the cooler (could have been faster had I not keep asking all the questions). He was very patient with me answering all my questions and showed me what he did. I was very impressed with his customer service skills. A good worker is hard to find, do everything you can to keep him.
