Review

Austin was very professional, answered all query's. But the next day when I went to do laundry, what he claimed he fixed, the water came back up again. UGH!

Now he has to come back again tomorrow to finish up what he didn't do the first time.

Robert, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that the issue is continuing. Backed up drains can be difficult when there are a number of potential causes. And while resolving one, there are times that a 2nd unknown issue arises at a later date. Just as in this case, when Austin left on 6/22/15 the drain was flowing freely. That is why we guarantee our work and there will be no charge for us to come back out and make sure the secondary issue is addressed. We understand and apologize the inconvenience, but hopefully knowing that we stand behind our work gives some relief.
