Done P&H responded to our semi-emergency (back up home sewer) in a very timely manner. I called them first thing in the morning (8AM) and they had a technician at the house by 10AM. They even provided a confirmation call to notify us that he was on the way. The technician, Austin, arrived in neat company togs and name tag and prepared to set about looking at our problem. He provided a very clear estimate for clearing out our home sewer drains and mains. Upon our acceptance he went to work, however, in a short time Austin notified us that he found several of our drain pipes and main access had cracks which could be damaged at a later date - perhaps even sooner. He advised that they be replaced as soon as possible, but that he was prepared to make the repairs if we were desirous. He again provided us a clean and concise explanation of the work to be done, and that the installation would have a 1 year parts and labor warrantee. Even though a little more expensive then we expected, we accepted the new estimate, considering the warranted and attitude of this workman. He appeared to have pride in his work and treated us respectfully, both in our person, as well as the locale he was to work. He completed the whole drain clean out and new drain pipe removal and installation in a very timely manner. I visually inspected the installation and found it firmly fitted and the work area cleared of any trash or excess material. Upon clearing of the shower drain, Austin completely clean the stall area of all sewer residue - relieving us of that task. Yes, we would use Done P&H for any future similar emergency.
