Employee was very considerate

I have not heard concerning my request for a rebate concerning the water not being turned off...result bathroom got a shower outside of shower. He did allow 50 dollars, but the advertisement said I was to receive
$39 dollars just for using ;your company...we then received $11 net for the cleanup. The plumber did feel badly and apologized. Thank you in advance for your help in this concern.

We apologize for the confusion, as we were not made aware that you were a AAA member our technician did not know to waive the $39 trip charge for your service. We will be issuing a refund for the trip charge as part of your AAA membership. I hope I was also able to help explain that there were no charges for cleanup, and the bill was paid in full at the time of service. You should receive your refund in the next few days.
