Our pipe burst inside the wall and the first call I made after turning off the main water valve was to Done Plumbing & Heating. The dispatch scheduler handled my call efficiently and scheduled a technician. She called back to say he was available 1 hour earlier if that would be convenient for me. He arrived, quickly assessed the situation and immediately fixed the problem. He also answered all questions that we asked.
