Horrible customer service
Absolutely terrible experience. If zero stars were an option, I'd choose it. Massive disappointment and their customer service is shockingly bad. I booked a technician weeks in advance, drove 45 minutes to be there for the appointment. Just 30 minutes into the scheduled time, I get a text saying the technician had an emergency job and couldn't make it. No call, just a text.
My appointment was for 11 am on a Sunday, and they could have potentially made it after their so-called "emergency" job. I explained my situation, but they couldn't care less about my job or inconvenience. It seems like they just didn't want to work on a Sunday. Maybe a football game was more important to them, I don't know. What I do know is that this is an epic failure of customer service. I won't be calling them for any future work, and I'll make sure no one I know does either.
