I would like to thank Josh T. for the outstanding service we received today. I heard water gushing in my laundry room and found standing water on the floor. Once I got the water turned off, I called Done plumbing and heating. I have used their service three times in the past for a garbage disposal issue, kitchen pipe replacement and an electrical problem. Josh arrived at the scheduled time and determined the drain pipe was back-up. He told us all the steps he would be doing and the expected outcome. He was able to clear the pipe.
