$526 for a service call? No repair or replacement done!
Requested a service call to repair gas water heater. Chad the service tech charged $526 to "diagnose" not repair or replace anything. Estimate was $4000, then he changed it to $3000, and then offered $1000 to replace a $150 valve. I called the office and I am waiting to receive a credit for the $526 that was a rip-off.
